SUMMARY
Functions as a hands-on working supervisor, and under general direction: plans assigns, and oversees the daily activities of clinical employees that perform a variety of patient care activities in accordance with established standards and protocols. Responsible for maintaining sufficient clinical staffing levels and adequate medical supplies needed to run the day-to-day operation of the practice.
EXPERIENCE
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
GA LPN License preferred or Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or MA diploma.

Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent. Successful completion of an accredited practical nurse program with current GA LPN license preferred or Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or MA diploma. Excellent clinical skills and a minimum of 3 years Back Office experience in primary care. Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of the managed care environment.
